With a distinguished career spanning Michelin-starred kitchens in New York and London, Chef Chen is renowned for blending traditional techniques with modern artistry. As the former North America Corporate Chef for Hakkasan Group, he specialized in menu development and exquisite banquet dining. His culinary mastery has earned global recognition, making him a celebrated figure in fine Cantonese dining.
